Why... Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Resilience?

People are your most important asset and their most important asset is their health and wellbeing – so it makes good business sense for employers to help look after it. 

We live and work in a fast-paced, changeable environment and to compete, we need to be as responsive, productive and innovative as possible. 

This is why workplace wellbeing and mental resilience is becoming increasingly important for organisations that want to achieve sustainable success and gain the edge. 

As the CMI neatly sum it up, “a healthier workforce means employees are more motivated and productive, have higher attendance levels and return to work more quickly after episodes of ill health”. 

Join us at our free workshop to explore workplace wellbeing and mental resilience from a holistic perspective – looking at what it means at an organisational and managerial level as well as for individuals or ‘self’.  

Reflecting on what your organisation currently understands workplace health and wellbeing to be, during this interactive session you will explore: 

  • The business case for improving workplace wellbeing and supporting resilience
  • The links to employee engagement, performance and productivity
  • What health and wellbeing looks like from an organisational, managerial and individual perspective
  • The role of leaders and managers
  • Next steps in defining and improving your approach to exceptional health and wellbeing

Booking Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking, confirmation will be issued via email. Joining Instructions, including directions will be sent one week before the workshop. If you have not received the Joining Instructions 5 days before the start of the workshop, please contact us.

How to Pay: If applicable, an invoice will be raised one week before workshop and sent to the email address given. Payment can be made by Cheque or BACS.

For free of charge events, two places per organisation may be booked for no charge. Any additional delegates from the same organisation attending the same workshop title will be invoiced a delegate fee of £25 each (plus VAT). 

Events Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your workshop booking please see the cancellation policy below for guidelines

• 4 weeks or more prior to event: No charge

• 2-4 weeks prior to event: 25% of fee

• 0-2 weeks prior to event: 50% of fee

• No show on the day 100% of fee.

Failure to attend a free event without informing us at least one working day before the event may also incur an administration fee of £25 plus VAT per place. Cancellations can only be accepted by telephone or by email to orgimprove@growthco.uk.

Transfer Conditions: One transfer per booking can be made up to 1 day before the workshop. This is to be advised by email giving the contact details of the new delegate. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, no refund or transfer will be made.

Cancellation by us: Whilst we endeavour to deliver the workshops and events as detailed, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any event. If we do cancel an event we shall inform you via email as soon as possible, offering alternative events where available or offering a full refund where this is not possible.
