Promoting Physical, Social and Psychological Wellbeing.

We believe that a company’s most important asset is its people and so it makes sense to take care of their most important asset too – their health and wellbeing.

Far from being a ‘nice to do’, health and wellbeing is an increasingly important area for progressive employers that have a clear focus on achieving their ambitions.

Touching on a wide range of areas, workplace wellbeing good practice is much broader than encouraging healthy eating and physical fitness. From stress, to security and morale it explores some crucial people themes.

But most importantly, it looks at how people are being managed and supported – with line manager and team support playing a key role.

An Alternative Approach to Investors in People Assessment
